KCS rose 2.04% over the two-hour window to $7.50. It sat flat near $7.33–7.34 until 10:30, then climbed from 10:45 onward, which set off two medium price-move signals at 11:27 and 11:30. BTC (+0.77%) and ETH (+1.34%) also rose, so part of the move fits the wider market. The evidence doesn't explain the rest: the only venue volume we have is Bybit, and it is a few tens of dollars.
