Connect ChatGPT (Business and Enterprise)

ChatGPT connects custom MCP servers in Business and Enterprise/Edu workspaces. A workspace admin or owner adds CoinGraph, tests it, then publishes it for the team. Free and Plus accounts can't add custom servers today.

  1. Add the server

    In ChatGPT, open Plugins, select the + button, then Add custom MCP server. Name: CoinGraph. Connection: https://coingraph.ai/mcp.

  2. Authentication

    Choose OAuth. ChatGPT registers itself with CoinGraph automatically; leave the client fields empty. Acknowledge the risk warning and select Create as a plugin.

  3. Sign in

    ChatGPT opens a CoinGraph sign-in: sign in with Google or a wallet and choose Allow. ChatGPT then lists CoinGraph's tools.

  4. Test, then publish

    Start a new conversation, type @ and pick CoinGraph. When it works, an admin publishes it for the workspace from the Admin console, under Plugins. Each member signs in to their own CoinGraph account the first time they use it.

Check it works #

In a conversation with CoinGraph selected, ask: “Check Chainlink before I buy $5K. Use CoinGraph and show me the proof.”

Note

Connecting signs you in to CoinGraph once. MCP calls then spend your account's credits at the same price as the REST API: pricing. Everything about the server (transport, tools, prompts) is on Connect and Tools.
