Connect Cursor

Add CoinGraph to the MCP settings in Cursor, for every project or just one.

  1. Open the MCP config

    In Cursor, open Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server, or edit the file yourself: ~/.cursor/mcp.json for every project, .cursor/mcp.json in a repository for that project only.

  2. Add CoinGraph

  3. Enable it

    Back in Settings → MCP, CoinGraph shows its tools with a green dot. Use it from the Agent chat.

In the Agent chat: “Check Chainlink before I buy $5K. Use CoinGraph and show me the proof.”

Note

MCP calls are free during the preview. The same tools are on the REST API, where paid calls use x402: pricing. Everything about the server (transport, tools, prompts) is on Connect and Tools.
